Install instructions
Download apk, open mobile vr station (needed), click local files, then click all folders, android, obb, click scoped storage actions, then click Step 1: Request Access, then click at the top quest 2, quest 3s, quest 3 or whatever quest you have, then click downloads, then you see your apk download it and click open! (note you also need to uninstall the real gtag)
